Katharine J. Mulligan joined The Development Corporation in summer 2008. She is responsible for developing and implementing all strategic marketing and business development initiatives for the corporation.

Prior to joining TDC, Ms. Mulligan was the Events Coordinator for SUNY Plattsburgh Upward Bound Program. She organized and executed all events and outreach activities throughout the academic year. Her responsibilities also included the creation and distribution of the Program's student, parent and alumni newsletters.

Mulligan is originally from Clinton County and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University at Albany in Albany, NY.
