Rebecca A. Emrick-Belanger first came to The Development Corporation in September 2009 on a temporary basis and was hired as a full-time employee in December 2009. Ms. Emrick-Belanger possesses over nine years of experience in the administrative field and is responsible for managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information for TDC’s senior staff.

Prior to joining TDC, Ms. Emrick-Belanger was retained by ETS Staffing where she was assigned to various businesses in need of temporary staffing services. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Clinton Community College and is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with minors in Political Science and Math/Science, from Plattsburgh State University. Ms. Emrick-Belanger grew up in Peru, NY and is an active member of the Adirondack Young Professionals and enjoys volunteering for several local community organizations.
