Keith R. Matott joined The Development Corporation in fall 2005. He works with corporation tenants and vendors focusing on facility management as well as coordinating construction of new buildings and renovations of existing facilities.

Previously, Mr. Matott was the Code Enforcement Official for the Town of Peru (N.Y.) where he administered the Building Code, Zoning and Community Planning activities.

In addition, he has led the multi-year community effort to create a new Comprehensive Plan in Peru, including an update to the town's planning and zoning regulations. Prior to that, Mr. Matott managed a local wood component manufacturing facility.

Matott, originally from Clinton County, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Syracuse University (N.Y.). He is also a New York State certified Building Inspector.
