Adoré Flynn Kurtz has more than 20 years experience working in Development and City & Regional Planning. She has led professional assignments in Connecticut and Ohio. Since 1995, she has worked in Northern New York with The Development Corporation, the County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency, and other economic development agencies.
Ms. Kurtz is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and is designated as a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) by the International Economic Development Council. In addition, she is Chairperson-elect of the New York Economic Development Council, and is a Board Member of the CVPH Medical Center.
Ms. Kurtz earned a Bachelor’s degree from The College of New Rochelle (N.Y.) and did public policy graduate work at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She holds a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University School of Public Policy, where she completed concentration work in the areas of regional planning and economic development.
